But the most interesting addition isthe winged warrior, Hawkgirl.
But though Kendra retained her memories,she had none of Shiera’s memories or fighting skills.

This ended up causing complications with Hawkman, who believed they were reincarnated soulmates.
But multiple issues, including the return of Hawkman, led to them breaking up.
Tragedy soon struck duringBlackest Night, when Hawkman and Hawkgirl were killed and resurrected as Black Lanterns.

Kendra Saunders, on the other hand, had a bit of a rockier road.
