‘Infested’ Sets Itself Apart From Other Spider-Starring Creature Features
Spiders scare almost everyone.
Even the smallest, most innocent ones can give us the heebie-jeebies if we see one in our home.
Some spider creature features are better than others, of course.

These monsters have more going for them than what lies on the surface.
Infestednot only accomplishes this with how the human characters treat each other, but with the spiders as well.
One scene accomplishes this by having a human character come across a spider half their size.
Back in the early 80s,Sam Raimimade a little movie calledThe Evil Dead.
His words gaveThe Evil Deadenough attention that they were able to sell it.
It doesn’t even have to be movies everyone else liked for King to push them.
That would be too easy.
There’s no better example than this year’sNight Swim.

Most people probably disagreed with him, but you won’t when it comes toInfested.
