Now,Mezco Toyzis joining the bloody fun with their latest figure based on the 1922 version.
A part of their popular One: 12 Collective series,thisblack-and-whiteedition of Nosferatu stands approximately 17 inches tall.
In Nosferatu, a reclusive vampire’s presence disrupts a small European village, drawing an unsuspecting young couple into a battle against an ancient evil. As fear spreads, the villagers must confront the terrifying legend and their own beliefs, leading to suspenseful confrontations and chilling revelations.
Thisstylish creatureof the night also has his iconic wardrobe, which includes his creepy coachman’s hat and cloak.
This is the second version ofNosferatuthat Mezco has made; their previous figure was a colorized edition.
What Is Nosferatu About?
Even thoughNosferatuwas a very unauthorized telling,the original film was based onBram Stoker’s classicDraculanovel.
It changed the character names and locations around, but the undead heart of the story remained true.
However, Orlok is after something much more personal: the agents wife, Ellen.
To make matters worse, Orlok is ablood-soaking vampireand wants to make her his newest bride.
Thomas must make it back to Germany before his wife becomes Orlok’s next victim.
Since 2001, Nosferatu has humorously been a recurring character in that universe.
