That being said, Danny being able to afford a Victorian home in such an affluent neighborhood is questionable.

As a sportscaster and then co-host of a morning show, Danny definitely had a solid income.
And as an exterminator/singer and a stand-up comedian, their incomes most likely werent all that dependable.
It’s not exactly a keen setup for a 12-year-old girl.
But its the latters financial situation that doesnt exactly equate to his lifestyle.
