Unfortunately for them, it proved to be counter-productive because the US declared war on the Axis powers.
It was commended for just telling the story without seeming like it was trying to take a side.

Once it does, it becomes remarkably apparent that it may not even be safe for adults to view.
Already, audiences can infer what will happen and that it likely isn’t going to be pretty.
As such, it wouldn’t be wrong to consider this aChristmas movie as well as a war movie.

The movie places viewers right in the middle of the action.
But most of these movies are whimsical and fantastical, whereas this movie is much more grounded.
