Quite an ambitious plot, and it certainly brings him to the epitome of evil.
It’s a feature-film-worthy premise, but being the only two-parter inSimpsonshistory is good enough.
Then there’s every single time he forgets Homer’s name, which drives the Simpson patriarch mad.
So he runs for governor to change the law.
