[Laughs] So, you feel the disparity between the socio-economic class of those two characters.
You understand what it is that’s driving him and what he’s slightly embarrassed by.
So, that’s very special, and I think that gets more and more refined.
I can’t describe it specifically, but some of the lighting is so beautiful.
That’s the shot that I remember that just pops off the screen and says, Oh my god.
Those sorts of moments were compelling and terrifying.
A gothic tale of obsession between a haunted young woman and the terrifying vampire infatuated with her, causing untold horror in its wake.
This is next-level stuff.
It’s such a compelling, dynamic, incredible performance on every level.

He’s got a great sense of humor, and we’re kind of both silly.
HOULT: Yeah, so it’s very different, obviously, meeting Count Orlok.
The last major horror release of the year is also the best.

It’s like, I’m dealing with idiots here, you know?
He’s always kind of gathering himself before he goes on to attempt to convince them some more.
