Collider: First of all, congratulations on already having a second season, which is always an accomplishment.

NICK MOHAMMED: It was great.

Whats it been like for you, now that people are watching the show in the States?

MOHAMMED: Its been completely surreal.

So, its been wonderful and exciting.

Im very excited cause it has been my first foray into American television.

David, what was it about this project for you?

What got you reeled back into comedy on TV?

Is it challenging to make a workplace comedy thats set in such a serious world funny?

MOHAMMED: There are two things to say about that.

That was one avenue that has always appealed to me, in making it fun.

Thats a challenge, in itself, but hopefully weve achieved that.

How did that work, from script to set?

MOHAMMED: It was so collaborative, throughout.

But a lot of it was handled in the writing, as much as possible.

So much of it has to do with tone.

That was the greatest thing about this process and one of the most fun things.

There was so much true collaboration and just a spirit of humility about it.

There was no ego.

What can you guys tease for Season 2 and how the dynamic between your characters will continue to evolve?

MOHAMMED: Oh gosh, what can I say?

Ive just, more or less, finished writing.

Im still dealing with a few notes.

What can we say?

Hopefully, its better.

Obviously, a lot of that, we had to find through casting, as well.

In terms of storylines, there are some fun areas.

I dont know what were allowed to say.

I can tell you that theres possibly a Valentines Day episode.

SCHWIMMER: Theres a great episode about sexual harassment and harassment, in general, in the workplace.

MOHAMMED: And that will ultimately be tested again.

What finally convinced you to do that?

Was it just finally finding the right way to do it?

What this is, is that this is an unscripted interview format with a couple of fun surprise bits.

Its been 20 years since we shot the pilot.

SCHWIMMER: Thats a good question.

Its still being discussed.

Were still determining, first of all, if its gonna be safe to do.

If its not, then well just wait.

We all wanna do it.

Its not a question of whether were gonna do it.

Its just a question of when its appropriate and safe.
