According toDeadline, the series has been picked up for 10 episodes.
This is the first time Oliver and Poehler have joined their comedic powers on a project.
Oliver will also serve as a producer on the series.
Most recently, Oliver penned the book-to-movie adaptation ofThe Sun Is Also a Star, starringBlack-ish’sYara ShahidiandRiverdale’sCharles Melton.
Poehler is hot off the success of her directorial debutWine Country, which premiered on Netflix in May.
In addition to voicing Duncan, Poehler isDuncanville’s creator, as well as a series writer and producer.
