a difference of vision with Marvel:
I’m not signing on to directBlack Panther.
I think Ill just say we had different ideas about what the story would be.
I loved that they reached out to me.
In the end, it comes down to story and perspective.
And we just didn’t see eye to eye.

Thats not to sayeveryMarvel movie is a torturous experience for the director.
After crafting such a brilliant film withSelma, shes a highly sought after filmmaker at the moment.
