Thats good news for the Winter Soldier since he now has an even stronger metal arm at his disposal.

As for the rest of the superheroes, the tweaks are more cosmetic.
Cap no longer has his shield but two shield gauntlets made of vibranium along with a battle-damaged costume.
No one is sitting out the fight against Thanos.
