This epic drama is set thousands of years before the events of J.R.R.
While not name-checked, it sounds like theLord of the RingsTV could be drawingfrom Tolkien’sThe Silmarillion.

Bayonahas directed the 2-part pilot, which The One Ring reports is completed and currently in post-production.
